great stay but room for improvement
The breakfast featured large portions and exquisite quality that made every morning delightful. I appreciated the way the staff remembered my name and made us feel special upon return to our room. The view of Table Mountain during breakfast truly enhanced our experience, offering a breathtaking backdrop each day.
The bathroom could have used some updates to enhance the overall comfort.

The junior suite was fantastic, with a spacious layout and a balcony offering stunning views of Table Mountain. I loved relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers after a day of exploring. The only hiccup was that our room didn't have a directory for easy access to services, but it didn't take away from our amazing stay. 😊

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the V&A Waterfront with great shops and restaurants. The room I stayed in was spacious, had a comfortable king-sized bed, and a lovely view of Table Mountain. The breakfast spread blew me away with its variety. I savored every bite. The staff made my stay even better, addressing me by name and always ready to help. However, there were a few hiccups. My initial room was a bit dark and felt like it was next to the service quarters. That was disappointing, especially since I had booked a premium room. I had to request a room change, which they handled well, but it should've been perfect from the start. Another downside was a flood in my room due to the upstairs unit, which made things a bit chaotic, but the management was nice enough to have my clothes cleaned. The cleaning staff could've been more attentive to the mess created during that incident. Overall, I appreciated the management's friendliness and the hotel’s elegant vibe, but there’s room for improvement in room assignments and maintenance.
